The Nanonis SPM Controller always had the possibility to add a phase locked loop as an add-on module to do non-contact AFM. Now this best-in class PLL is also available as a standalone device to be integrated with any other SPM Controller. It can be used either alone for single resonance tracking, or in a Multi-PLL setup to track more than one frequency.
