New High Voltage Amplifiers
With its newly released generation of high voltage amplifiers, Nanonis sets a new standard: A noise level of only 50uVrms in a band of 10kHz is the lowest noise of all SPM high voltage amplifiers in the market.

Scanning Radio Frequency Analysis
The RF analyzer PXI module by National Instruments integrates seamlessly with the spectroscopy functions of the Nanonis SPM Control System. Such extensions make it possible to perform high precision local RF spectroscopy of carbon Nanotubes as it is used for example by Chris von Haesendonck from the University of Leuven, Belgium.

Multi PLL
Nanonis extends the capabilities of its Oscillation Controller to support multiple Phase Locked Loops (PLL). With this new extension it now becomes possible to simultaneously track more than one cantilever resonance and measure different properties in parallel.

Nanonis Virtual STM
Nanonis releases its STM simulator to the public. Go to http://sim.nanonis.ch to register and download the simulator. The simulator lets you explore the various possibilities of the full SPM Control System, including scanning on a simulated Si-111 surface, exploring the functions of the internal lock-in detector, recording approach-retract curves, point spectroscopy and more.
